I had a lovely weekend at this hotel, enjoying the beautiful gardens and the relaxing spa services. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, although there were some minor cleanliness issues. The staff were friendly, but service could be improved given the challenges I faced with booking activities and dining options. Overall, it was a nice getaway, but I'd recommend managing expectations for dining and some service aspects.
